Yes! Birthday Parties are available at Discovery Place Science and Discovery Place Kids-Rockingham. Click on any Museum to learn more about the parties offered at each location.
Fill out the Party Proposal Request Form so that we can check your date and time and provide you with all of your options!
Full payment by credit card is required at the time of your reservation. Cancellations made with two week’s notice or less are non-refundable. Cancellations with more than two week’s notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee because we will be unable to rebook your reserved room.
Yes, but due to our sensitive sprinkler system, no balloons or anything that needs to be fastened to walls or other surfaces. While your dedicated ‘Celebration Station’ includes 2 six-foot tables with tablecloths, feel free to bring free-standing table decorations to make it your own.
You may bring store-bought food. Food that is prepared at home is not permitted. All food must be brought to the Museum by the hosts or delivered. Our staff cannot handle delivered food.
No alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
We offer birthday parties for ages 1-10. You can check the theme information for more details on the age range of each.
Our Celebration Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Premium Parties rent the entire Museum and are available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 5:30 p.m.
Birthday Parties are only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, depending on the party package.
