Pre-K & Preschool Summer Camps in Huntersville
Is your little one ready for their first big summer adventure? At Discovery Place Kids-Huntersville, our Pre-K summer camps are designed specifically for rising Pre-Kindergarteners (ages 4-5).
We know that for many preschoolers, this is their first experience in a structured camp setting. That’s why our programs blend imaginative play with early STEM learning in a warm, supportive environment. From digging for dino bones to mixing colorful kitchen creations, we help your child build confidence, social skills, and a love for learning.

Is My Child Ready for Pre-K Camp?
Potty Training Requirement
To ensure a sanitary and focused environment, all campers must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently. We do not have facilities for diaper changing or pull-ups.
A Gentle Transition
Our Pre-K camps are structured to be active but not overwhelming. We alternate between high-energy play in the Museum (like the Fire Truck or Water Table) and focused, quiet activities in the classroom to keep little ones rested and happy.
Social Skills
Camp is a great place to practice sharing, taking turns, and listening to instructions—essential skills for getting ready for Kindergarten!

Q: What should I pack?
