Build your own sandy shoreline with rocks and shells\, then create waves to watch how water moves sand and reshapes the coast. Can you find a way to protect your beach from the power of the ocean? Dive in and investigate!  \nDaily Programs  \nPuppet Show | 9:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.\nJuly Show: The Shell Games: Visit the wonderful world of Miranda the Mermaid and her underwater friends. Join them on this fun-filled adventure as they explore the wonders of the ocean!  \nScience Show | 10:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m.  \nJoin us at the Town Hall all month for an adventure in science. Predict\, observe\, and experiment with different topics.  From color-mixing to chemical reactions\, our Science Show is sure to instill curiosity in our little scientist.   \nUnder the Sea Storytime | 11:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m.\nJoin us for Storytime as we ready some of our favorites from under the sea!  \n\nBig Al and Shrimpy by Andrew Clements  \n\n\nShark Lady: The True Story of How Eugenie Clark Became the Ocean’s Most Fearless Scientist by Jess Keating \n\n\nIn the Sea by David Elliot \n\n\nA House for Hermit Crab by Eric Carle \n\nBig Fun | 15 minutes before closing\nBig Fun is the time of the day when children and adults move and groove to three of our favorite songs. Put your dancing shoes on and join us for this daily dance party!   \nI CAN Create | All day\nJoin us in I CAN Create this month as we see how talented we can be. Guests are invited to help bring a glowing stained glass ocean mural to life by adding tissue paper\, sea creatures\, and their own creative touches to our windows. Dive in\, explore the depths\, and create an ocean animal to find its perfect home beneath the waves!  \nUnder the Sea Fun All Month Long: \n\nDeep Dive into the Ocean Layers: Sunlight\, twilight\, midnight\, trench and abyss\, oh my! We are going to explore the deep ocean and look at each layer of the ocean! You can learn about each layer of the ocean by sorting ocean animals into the layer they belong! \nUnder the Sea Tangrams: Everyone loves to build! Put your creative thinking skills to the test as you use tangram pieces to create different sea animals. Can you make a fish\, crab\, or sea turtle? Dive in and see what shapes you can discover! \nKinetic Sandcastles: We are bringing the beach indoors this week!
